Harry and the Mouse

Harry and his mouse.

Once upon a time there
was a scientist named Harry
.

Harry himself.

Harry's carpenter friend. Harry had a neighbor
 who was a carpenter
.

Harry's carpenter friend
had a sore hand
.

The carpenter with the sore hand throbbing.

Harry looking at his friend's sore hand.

Harry wanted to find a way to fix his friend's sore hand.

First Harry had to give a
little animal a sore paw
.

Harry trying to make the mouse's hand sore.

Harry, smiling.

He found he could not make a mouse's paw sore, no matter how he tried..

A scientist friend of Harry's
told him she never could
make a mouse's paw sore either
.

Harry's scientist friend on the telephone.

Harry peering through his microscope.

Harry decided there was something about a mouse that made its paw feel good.

Harry found that the mouse had something that his friend did not.

Harry makes an amazing discovery. Harry holds up a flask for us to see.

All the people are smiling because they will feel much better because of what Harry found.

Harry figured out how the mouse kept its paw feeling good, and made it possible for everyone's hands (or paws) to feel good.

The good news is that this is a true story.
